All of the items that we create are made with natural ingredients. There’s a reason that we so often turn to nature when we want to feel grounded, connected, and replenished. Whether it’s the calming sound of the waves, the feeling of the wind through your hair, the solidity and majesty of the mountains or the warmth of the sun; all of the elements restore us. The stones that become these creations are made of all of those things. Some are from the shores of Lake Superior, and others are from coastlines that we have traveled to, wherever they hail from, each stone has been very intentionally collected, sorted, tumbled, and drilled by hand before being made into the gifts that you will find here.

Originally from Duluth, MN, a town on Lake Superior, I grew up exploring her shores, collecting stones, and marveling at her beauty. Oftentimes when people visit any large body of water𑁋be it an ocean, lake, or river𑁋they end up leaving with a stone or two in their hand (or pocket) that they keep because “it called to them”, or because “it just felt good”. The notion of wanting to bring the calming feeling of the waves with you, wherever you go, is the reason I began making jewelry out of stones.

I am fortunate to be Jeanne's best friend and business partner. I help with our online presence and each stage of the stone jewelry-making process. Collecting is my favorite step & making driftwood suncatchers is my specialty!
